Happy Little Stampers ATC March Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am back today to share an adorable ATC for this months challenge at Happy Little Stampers.

For anyone who isn't familiar with ATC cards, they are mini works of art that measure 2.5" x 3.5" and are traded around the world. Usually they are numbered and signed on the back by the artist. 

This month's theme is Hearts. I loved creating my ATC!

For anyone that knows me, you know that I am a huge dog lover so creating this ATC was so much fun for me!🐶

First I used a blending tool and Distress Ink Worn Lipstick to create a nice soft pink background. Once I had the look how I wanted I used a stamp set from Paper Sweeties called Happy Icons. I used the Heart icon and stamped it all around the background in various places. I wanted a random look so I just kept stamping all around, upside down, sideways and even off of the card.

Once I had the background how I wanted I grabbed the stamp set Sent From My Heart from Paper Sweeties because I just adore this puppy from this set. I stamped the doggy on cardstock and colored in some places with Zig markers.

After I colored the doggy I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut her out. I am always amazed at what this machine can do!

After she was all cut out I knew the perfect sentiment to go with this project. The sentiment also comes from the set Sent From My Heart from Paper Sweeties.

I stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock and then used my paper trimmer to trim around it. Once that was done I inked the edges with the same Distress Ink. I popped up the sentiment on foam tape and adhered it to the top of the card.

Then I added in the cute dog and the card was done!

This card was so much fun to make and also because I am a huge dog lover. There is a picture of my dog and two cats on the sidebar of my blog if you want to check it out!

Paper Sweeties Plan Your Life Series- March 2019!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

First I used the words "blog post" from the stamp set Get Your Craft On. I then used the stamp set Celebrate to stamp the sentiment birthday and the balloons.

The next two stamp sets I used were Everyday Basics and Winter Sentiments. Everyday Basics was released in November and it is the perfect stamp set for all types of planner spreads.

I used the stamp "work" from Everyday Basics and stamped it out on each day. I used the stamp "To do:" from Business Basics on the sidebar to mark any important tasks to complete this month.

I also combined two different stamp sets. I used the stamp "Girl's" from Everyday Basics and "Weekend" from Winter Sentiments. I also combined two more stamp sets. I used the stamp "Day" from Appointments and the stamp "Off" from Everyday Basics.

All of the Planner Series stamp sets go great with one another. I love being able to use all of the sets each month!

I added in some washi to show Spring Break. I really love adding in the washi especially when it matches so perfectly like this month did.
