Paper Sweeties 25 Days of Christmas 2019

Hello again everyone and welcome to Day 22 of 25 Days of Christmas with Paper Sweeties!

Today I am bringing you a cute tag created with the Planner Series Stamp Set Happy Icons.

I die cut a tag from the set For You and then stamped the snowman stamp in all different directions around the tag. The snowman stamp is from Happy Icons and I stamped it all over the tag.

I stamped in Embossing Ink so that I could heat emboss the snowmen and make them shine. I stamped the snowman and then sprinkled white embossing powder all over the tag. Then I used the heat gun and watched the snowmen come to life.

Thanks to my mom, Lisa, for showing me what to do and also always sharing her supplies with me!
No matter what project I decide to do, my mom always knows how to make it happen and helps me along the way. Love her!❤️

After I embossed the snowmen I moved onto the sentiment. I chose to use the word "Jolly" from the stamp set Merry. I stamped out the word on black paper and then heat embossed it. I then cut it out and popped it up on the front of the tag with foam tape.

One last step was to add lace through the top of the tag. Again I went to my mom's stash of supplies and found this beautiful piece of lace.

That was it. I created a soft sweet tag for the holidays! Here is a look at how it came out:

I love adding cute decorations to my planner so that is exactly where this tag ended up after I created it. I absolutely love how it came out and I love getting to look at it in my planner setup!

I hope you have enjoyed my project today! Make sure to check back in with Paper Sweeties every day to see all the cute projects the team has in store for you:

Paper Sweeties Plan Your Life Series - November 2019!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

Yes you have seen this spread before! In fact you saw it last month. This month has been crazy busy to say the least. From being a new teacher to having family duties I have had no time to sit down at my desk to plan. Well...I did plan out November in my Erin Condren (affiliate link) Folio but it isn't decorated and I wanted you to see a decorated spread. The stamp sets that I used for October were the same ones that I used for November.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THIS MONTH WE ARE CELEBRATING MY DOG'S BIRTHDAY! SOPHIE IS GOING TO BE 7 YEARS OLD ON MONDAY!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
Check out the side bar on the right to see my precious baby! I love her and am a true dog mom!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿถ

I am hoping that in the next few weeks I will be able to decorate my November spread and share it with you all on here and on Instagram. Like I said it is done but not really...if that makes sense๐Ÿ˜

First I stamped the word "blog" and "post" from Get Your Craft On. Then I used the set Celebrate to stamp out "birthday." I then wrote in "Grandpa's" above the stamp.

After this I stamped "work" on every day throughout the month. This stamp comes from the set Everyday Basics. I also used the stamps "girls" and "Sunday" from this set. I paired them with stamps from Winter Sentiments which were "weekend" and "school."

I also used Winter Sentiments for "pay day" and "to do." I added in two stickers from Oh Hello on Pay Day. To keep up with the decorations I used the Fall Sentiments set and stamped out the ghost and pumpkin. After I stamped the pumpkin I colored it in using Zig Markers. They work so nicely ONLY if you use Versa Fine Ink (affiliate link). Thanks to my mom, OhSoCuteByLisa, for giving me that advice!

I added in Simply Gilded Washi along the bottom and to mark the three days of Paper Sweeties Releases. Make sure to mark your calendars for that if you haven't already!

All of the Planner Series stamp sets go great with one another. I love being able to use all of the sets together each month!

Here is a look at my monthly spread using all different stamp sets from Paper Sweeties:

I am currently using the Erin Condren (affiliate link) Folio. It has the perfect amount of space each month for everything that I need to track and plan out.

I hope you will check out all of the stamp sets from the Planner Series at Paper Sweeties! These stamp sets really make planning out my activities easy and fun!

Thanks for stopping by! Please make sure to head on over to my fabulous team and check out all of their posts for today!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

Wanna hear a fun fact? Today marks one year that I have been on the Paper Sweeties Planner Team. I started October 1st last year. I can't believe it's already been a whole year. I have loved every minute of being on this team. Thank you all for your continued support!

First I stamped the word "blog" and "post" from Get Your Craft On. Then I used the set Celebrate to stamp out "birthday." I then wrote in "Grandpa's" above the stamp.

Paper Sweeties Plan Your Life Series - September 2019!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

First I used the word "day" from the stamp set Appointments and then the word "off" from Everyday Basics. I placed them together and stamped them on Monday and Tuesday. We have off on Monday for Labor Day and thanks to Hurricane Dorian we also have off on Tuesday now.

This week doesn't have a lot going on due to the Hurricane but I did fill it in with some cute critters from one of Paper Sweeties' new releases, Sea You Soon. I "borrowed" three adorable die cuts from my mom's, OhSoCuteByLisa, stash. She is an excellent colorer!

Next I stamped the word "edit" from Get Your Craft On to mark the things that need to be edited this week. Thanks to the hurricane I will have some down time to get my videos edited and uploaded...hopefully!

The last two stamps I used come from a set called Winter Sentiments. I stamped "pay day" on Friday and "to do" on the right page above a checklist.

All of the Planner Series stamp sets go great with one another. I love being able to use all of the sets each month!

Here is a look at my monthly spread using all different stamp sets from Paper Sweeties:

Paper Sweeties Plan Your Life - August 2019!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

So here is a little story for all of you. Unfortunately my house decided that things were just going too well and all was quiet. So my house said hey lets break a pipe. The hot water pipe. So yes the hot water pipe in my house broke leaving us without hot water for what might be around 2 months or so. And on top of that there is a huge reconstruction remodel taking place in my house to fix the pipe and repair the damages. And no folks I am not making any of this up...

With all of that being said, todays post is a throwback to July when things were going the way they should be and there were no leaks in my house. I hope this spread brightens your day like it is trying to brighten mine!

First I used the words "blog post" from the stamp set Get Your Craft On.

I used the set Vacation because we are headed on a cruise this summer and these stamps were such a fun way to mark it. I used the cruise ship and plane to mark our flight to and from the cruise. I added a piece of washi to mark the duration of the trip. I also used the word "vacation" to mark my mom's vacation.

I did stamp out the word "birthday" and hand wrote the word "Matthew." This stamp comes from the set Celebrate.

I stamped the words "to do" on the sidebar to mark all the tasks that need to be accomplished in the month of July. This phrase comes from Winter Sentiments.

All of the Planner Series stamp sets go great with one another. I love being able to use all of the sets each month!

Here is a look at my monthly spread using all different stamp sets from Paper Sweeties:
I am currently using the Erin Condren Life Planner(affiliate link). It has the perfect amount of space each month for everything that I need to track and plan out. The adventure sticker is also from an Erin Condren sticker book. I thought it went really nicely with this spread.

The monthly kit that I used for this month is from Planning Made Easy. You can use code: TAYLOR20 to save 20% on your order from Planning Made Easy. They have the cutest stickers! Also super functional! They are for sure my go to sticker shop as well as my favorite shop and have been for years!๐Ÿ˜

The last touch was adding in washi along the bottom to cover up the days that were not being used for this month.

I hope you will check out all of the stamp sets from the Planner Series at Paper Sweeties! These stamp sets really make planning out my activities easy and fun!

Thanks for stopping by! Please make sure to head on over to my fabulous team and check out all of their posts for today!

Paper Sweeties Plan Your Life Series - July 2019!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

First I used the words "blog post" from the stamp set Get Your Craft On.

The next two stamp sets I used were Everyday Basics and Vacation. I used the word "test," "visit," and "work" from Everyday Basics.

I used the set Vacation because we are headed on a cruise this summer and these stamps were such a fun way to mark it. I used the cruise ship and plane to mark our flight to and from the cruise. I added a piece of Simply Gilded washi to mark the duration of the trip. I also used the word "vacation" to mark my mom's vacation.

Once I had the Vacation set out I stamped out a palm tree to mark a planner meet up that I am hosting. That palm tree just looks so perfect!

After that I stamped in the doggie from Appointments and wrote in that I have to give my dog her medicine that day. I absolutely adore this little doggie!

I did stamp out the word "birthday" and hand wrote the word "Matthew." This stamp comes from the set Celebrate. I also placed a balloon sticker from a Krissyanne Designs sticker book from Michaels.

I stamped the words "to do" on the sidebar to mark all the tasks that need to be accomplished in the month of July. This phrase comes from Winter Sentiments.

Last but certainly not least, I "borrowed" three adorable die cuts from my mom's, OhSoCuteByLisa, stash. She is an excellent colorer! These critters are from June's release over at Paper Sweeties. The stamp set is called Sea You Soon and there are matching dies for it as well.

All of the Planner Series stamp sets go great with one another. I love being able to use all of the sets each month!

Here is a look at my monthly spread using all different stamp sets from Paper Sweeties:

I am currently using the Erin Condren (affiliate link) Folio. It has the perfect amount of space each month for everything that I need to track and plan out.

Here's a tip! I didn't have the July - September Petite Planner so I transformed the June layout for July. I used the "July" sticker from Krissyanne Designs sticker book at Michaels that uses Cindy's (@llamaletters) handwriting. Once I had the month changed I used the numbers that also come in the book to change the dates throughout the month. I really love how it came out!!

The last touch was adding in Simply Gilded washi along the bottom to cover up the days that were not being used for this month.

I hope you will check out all of the stamp sets from the Planner Series at Paper Sweeties! These stamp sets really make planning out my activities easy and fun!

Happy Little Stampers ATC June Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am back today to share an adorable ATC for this months challenge at Happy Little Stampers.

For anyone who isn't familiar with ATC cards, they are mini works of art that measure 2.5" x 3.5" and are traded around the world. Usually they are numbered and signed on the back by the artist.

This month's theme is Christmas. How fitting that I have a whole line of die cuts with Santa hats over at PrettyPaperPieces4U! So of course I had to use one of them that we currently sell in our Etsy Shop

I cut out a beautiful piece of paper from Snow Day by Lawn Fawn. I have linked where you can pick up this beautiful pack because it is perfect for all of your Christmas themed cards and projects.

Once I chose my paper, I went to the stash of die cuts from our Etsy shop and I chose Polly the Penguin with the Santa hat because it seemed most fitting!

Once I had those two chosen I looked through my mom's, Lisa, stash of dies to find the perfect decoration to finish off the card

I chose snowflakes from the Snowflake Kisses set by Kat Scrappiness.  I die cut the snowflake and the center piece that came out was used to accent the hat on Polly the Penguin.

Here is my finished ATC:

This card was so much fun to make!

I hope you'll play along with us this month and enter the ATC challenge at Happy Little Stampers

Thanks for stopping by!

Go Wild. Amazing. End of Story.

Last month was the conclusion of the 4th year of Go Wild.

For those of you who don't know Go Wild is an amazing event put on by the admins of Planners Gone Wild on Facebook.

Go Wild began in Nashville 4 years ago and has since traveled to New Orleans, Texas and now this year...Vegas.

Last year was my very first year. I wrote a blog post afterwards because I needed to express how amazing and life changing this event is.

Everyone asks me, well what is your conference for?

The simple answer is that it's a planner conference but it is so much more than that. So much more!

Go Wild is an event like no other. You get to connect and hear from amazing other women in this community. There are people that come from all over just to attend Go Wild. In my opinion GW is life changing.

This is now my second year being able to attend and exactly like I said last year, I don't plan on missing any more of these.

Last year I left this conference so happy and uplifted and I am leaving this year feeling that way times 1000. I have made so many new friends, connected with old friends, laughed, danced, smiled and was unapologetically me.

Now this phrase "unapologetically me" has been in my mind this entire weekend. Last year I was worried about so many things and this year none of that mattered. I was me. I didn't have to do or change anything about me. I got to be me. I was unapologetically me!

This phrase entered my mind as I entered Planjama. I went out on the dance floor and I danced my butt off. I danced with 1400 of my closest llama friends and I had the time of my life. I didn't care what I looked like or who was watching, I was having fun. And that is what Go Wild is all about. Fun. Connections. Being you. Being unapologetically you!

I had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing and talented women this weekend. I got to connect with women in person that I have been friends with online for the past 5-6 years. Go Wild allows you to do things you would have never dream of before.

I said it once and I'll say it again....Go Wild is life changing. End of story!

Happy Little Stampers ATC May Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am back today to share an adorable ATC for this months challenge at Happy Little Stampers.

For anyone who isn't familiar with ATC cards, they are mini works of art that measure 2.5" x 3.5" and are traded around the world. Usually they are numbered and signed on the back by the artist.

This month's theme is Hello.

I cut out a beautiful piece of paper from Lili of the Valley.

Once I had that chosen I looked through my mom's, Lisa, stash of dies to find the perfect sentiment for this month's theme.

I chose one from Paper Sweeties called Sweets Cut Hello. I die cut the word "hello" in gold foil cardstock and then adhered it to the top of the card.

Here is my finished ATC:

This card was so much fun to make and I just love the look of the gold on the floral background!

Paper Sweeties Plan Your Life Series- May 2019!

Hello again everyone!

Today I am back to share a planner spread with you featuring Paper Sweeties Planner Series and their amazing stamp sets!

First I used the words "blog post" from the stamp set Get Your Craft On.

The next two stamp sets I used were Everyday Basics and Winter Sentiments. Everyday Basics was released in November and it is the perfect stamp set for all types of planner spreads.

I used the stamp "work" from Everyday Basics and stamped it out on each day.

I also combined two different stamp sets. I used the stamp "Day" from Celebrate and the stamp "Off" from Everyday Basics.

I then stamped in the airplane from the set Vacation on May 1st and 6th. I attempted to color in the airplane but unfortunately did not like the way it turned out. I then stamped the airplane on a separate piece of paper and sent it through my Scan N Cut and had it cut it out. I then taped the airplane in over the mess I had made. Can't even tell...hopefully๐Ÿ˜‚

All of the Planner Series stamp sets go great with one another. I love being able to use all of the sets each month!

I used a Go Wild kit from Krissyanne Designs to decorate around the month. I also added in washi tape from Go Wild last year and I think it's a great way to show the length of my trip.

I am so excited that I am able to attend Go Wild again this year! Please let me know if you will be there and make sure to say hi!

Here is a look at my monthly spread using all different stamp sets from Paper Sweeties:

I am currently using the Erin Condren (affiliate link) Life Planner. It has the perfect amount of space each month for everything that I need to track and plan out.

I hope you will check out all of the stamp sets from the Planner Series at Paper Sweeties! These stamp sets really make planning out my activities easy and fun!

Happy Little Stampers ATC April Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am back today to share an adorable ATC for this months challenge at Happy Little Stampers.

For anyone who isn't familiar with ATC cards, they are mini works of art that measure 2.5" x 3.5" and are traded around the world. Usually they are numbered and signed on the back by the artist.

This month's theme is Pretty Papers. How fitting that my name is PrettyPaperPieces4U! So of course I had to use one of the die cuts that we currently sell in our Etsy Shop

I cut out a beautiful piece of paper from Spring Fling by Lawn Fawn. I have linked where you can pick up this beautiful pack because it is perfect for all of your Spring themed cards and projects.

Once I chose my paper, I went to the stash of die cuts from our Etsy shop and I chose the doggy because as most of you know I am a huge dog lover! So of course the dog was my first choice.

Once I had those two chosen I looked through my mom's, Lisa, stash of dies to find the perfect sentiment to finish off the ATC card.

I chose one from Paper Sweeties called Sweets Cut Wish. I die cut the word "love" in black cardstock and then adhered it to the top of the card.

Here is my finished ATC:

This card was so much fun to make and also because I am a huge dog lover. There is a picture of my dog and two cats on the sidebar of my blog if you want to check it out!

I hope you'll play along with us this month and enter the ATC challenge at Happy Little Stampers

Happy Little Stampers ATC March Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am back today to share an adorable ATC for this months challenge at Happy Little Stampers.

For anyone who isn't familiar with ATC cards, they are mini works of art that measure 2.5" x 3.5" and are traded around the world. Usually they are numbered and signed on the back by the artist.

This month's theme is Hearts. I loved creating my ATC!

For anyone that knows me, you know that I am a huge dog lover so creating this ATC was so much fun for me!๐Ÿถ

First I used a blending tool and Distress Ink Worn Lipstick to create a nice soft pink background. Once I had the look how I wanted I used a stamp set from Paper Sweeties called Happy Icons. I used the Heart icon and stamped it all around the background in various places. I wanted a random look so I just kept stamping all around, upside down, sideways and even off of the card.

Once I had the background how I wanted I grabbed the stamp set Sent From My Heart from Paper Sweeties because I just adore this puppy from this set. I stamped the doggy on cardstock and colored in some places with Zig markers.

After I colored the doggy I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut her out. I am always amazed at what this machine can do!

After she was all cut out I knew the perfect sentiment to go with this project. The sentiment also comes from the set Sent From My Heart from Paper Sweeties.

I stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock and then used my paper trimmer to trim around it. Once that was done I inked the edges with the same Distress Ink. I popped up the sentiment on foam tape and adhered it to the top of the card.

Then I added in the cute dog and the card was done!

This card was so much fun to make and also because I am a huge dog lover. There is a picture of my dog and two cats on the sidebar of my blog if you want to check it out!

I hope you'll play along with us this month and enter the ATC challenge at Happy Little Stampers
